Comment: These steak plates are an excellent buy and the quality is superb. The stainless steel insert can be removed and heated on the grill. After the steaks are cooked, place them on the warmed steel insert, remove from the grill, cover with foil and let them sit for about 10 minutes. You will have the juciest steaks ever. The warmed steel insert keeps the steak hot throughout the meal. The swirls on the black holder provide a handle so that you don't burn your hands. I liked these so well that I am ordering more. This is a fantastic product!
