Summary: Great for small spaces
Comment: I have had this grill for the past 8 years and it was time to get a new one. I love it ! It is great in small spaces. I also like the fact that the cooking area is small, which works for my needs. I cook on it probably 2 to 3 times a week and because you only need to heat a small area it is very efficient. I only need to fill a regular size fuel tank about once a year.I would recomend this grill to anyone that is single or has a small family. When it comes to entertaining it is a little difficult , but I just wrap whatever I first cook in foil to keep it hot while I cook anything that is still needed. It really is a great grill!!

Summary: Can't live without it!
Comment: I've owned the same Patio Caddie for over 10 years now! It grills beautifully over clay briquettes, giving that great smoke flavor and does it all on a fraction of the propane. The key to getting lots of heat from a tiny burner is cooking COVERED. I even bought a kit to retrofit the burner plate and made the old grill like new again for $20!

It's a small grill, but will cook six large steaks all at once.

Summary: Great Small Grill
Comment: I bought this grill in March 2004 and use it all the time. I wash the grate after every use and it is still like brand new. It does get pretty hot. I like my steak rare and it only takes a few minutes so I normally don't put the lid on. I hang it on the side. It seems to be really efficient with gas usage too.
The big grill only gets used if I have a crowd over. I really
am pleased with it and CharBroil stands behind their products.

Summary: Its not a Webber . . .
Comment: Alright, I admit that I'm a BBQ snob, if there is such a thing. This grill just doesnt quite measure up in terms of build quality or performance. The box arrived from amazon and the interior was filthy. The brickette bag opened up and the ashes were everywhere. It wasnt difficult to assemble, but its not the most solid structure ever. The fit of the top/cover is awkward. The flame inside the grill comes from a single contact point, which is located beneath a heating plate. Usually, this disperses heat adequately, but not when its windy. Also, as the grill ages, Im sure the flame will be less and less evenly dispersed, making for hot spots in the grill. Ill keep this grill for two years and then go back to a Webber.

Summary: Great grill...
Comment: We bought this grill because we had already used one that my parents have, and we're very happy with it. It's small enough that you don't feel bad firing it up for one burger, and it's big enough to feed a family. My daughter just ordered hers after they had dinner with us... Easy to assemble, and easy to use.
