Summary: Disappointed Grandmama!!!
Comment: I purchased this 9 in 1 sports table under the impression that it included an "air hockey" table. The air-creating motor does not come with this hockey table. I am disappointed since I ordered this for my Grandson. I hope other people understand this before purchasing the sports table.

Summary: Cheap & HORRIBLE customer service
Comment: I bought this for my husband for Christmas. It had obviously been dropped in shipping, and several pieces were broken. In addition to that, the boards to make it into different games were incredibly cheaply made and peeling apart. I spent a total of six hours on hold waiting for customer service (in 5 phone calls), each time I called the CSR had no clue what I was talking about - no record had ever been kept. Finally, they shipped out some replacement parts, one of which was also damaged, but never shipped the main piece I needed. They never offered more compensation than the tiniest little gesture, and it is now late March and the piece of junk is still sitting boxed up ready to ship back to them, though they keep giving us the run-around when we ask for a return code.

Summary: Great Birthday Gift
Comment: My mom and I purchased the 9-in-1 game combination game table for my son for his birthday. I think it was one of the best investments yet. Yes he has the latest video game but this is something the entire family can participate in. Putting it together was a bit of a challenge but that was ok once we saw the look on his face the next morning. The table is sturdy and the perfect size for a young child as well as an adult.

Comment: I was really surprised to realise that the product has a very small table tennis feature; as a good table tennis player, this feature did not meet my expectations in anyway.
I felt I had been duped of my hard earned money, besides this fact, the item appears to have pre-used contrary to my expectation of a brand new purchase!
I'll appreciate your candid advice on available re-course to re-coup my money.

Summary: My children love it
Comment: I always wanted one of these when I was young, so I bought one for my children for Christmas. They absolutely loved it!
I wouldn't say the construction was exactly a snap, though it's not difficult, just time-consuming. I had to assemble it myself and it took about an hour and a half to complete. Once assembled, it's fairly sturdy, though adults and larger children can certainly rock it when playing vigorous foosball.
The games themselves are good, though it's clearly the foosball part that's superior. The foosball isn't built like the table in a game room, as the number of men and their alignment is different and it is possible for the ball to get stuck in the flat corners, but it is still a great deal of fun and uses the same skills that game-room foosball requires. The pool is playable, but the table simply sits on top of the foosball table and isn't completely sturdy. The hockey part uses a plastic disk and paddles with felt on the bottoms and is a very poor imitation of air hockey, though my children did enjoy it briefly. We didn't try the table tennis, but it would seem to be very difficult to play on such a small surface. The other games don't really have anything to do with the table, since checkers and chess and other such games are probably easier to play elsewhere. However, if the cost of a foosball game is 50 cents, I think it will only take my children about another day or two to get my money's worth out of the table.
In summary, if you like foosball, this will definitely meet your need. If you want to play air hockey or table tennis, you should probably look elsewhere. The pool component is adequate.
