Summary: Waste of Money
Comment: I live in an apartment complex and have a large TV / entertainment setup. There are lots of times when I want to watch movies or play xbox late at night, but my neighbors can be pretty picky about noise. I saw these headphones online and requested some for my birthday. When they came and I got them out of the box and hooked up, I was nothing BUT disappointed. They are terrible. There is hissing and whining no matter how well you tune them. The signal constant blinks. The quality of sound is sub par at best. They feel bulky on your head and they will do nothing but frustrate you. If you are someone who appreciates and demands high fidelity, you will not be happy with these. I am returning them now and will not be purchasing anymore. Since my big screen is not that far from my couch anyway, I am just going to purchase a 15foot headphone extension cord, and run that over to my couch where i can plug it into some nice headphones. I know it sounds like a pain to have the cord, but I would rather have the cord and top notch sound quality than this piece of junk.

Comment: I have a set of SONY IR headphones that have very good line of sight performance. Perfect for a small room.
I bought these for a larger room/audio system situation and am very pleased with the performance. Be leary of reviewers who state "don't buy this". I would highly recommend them but remember all wireless accessories have their limits.

Comment: I received this item as a birthday gift recently. I installed the components a day after arrival and immediately watched a couple NCAA basketball tournament games on television with comfort. A few adjustments prevented static noise. Overall, this is a good item for the price.

Comment: I've been very pleased with these headphones. I had no problem with the way they fit. They were easy to hook-up and once tuned gave nice clear sound. I use them while on the treadmill, so the sound of the television will not disturb my neighbor.
