Comment: Lipovarin is the only appetite supressant that hasn't caused me to get shaky and jittery when I take it. It also is helping me with that little bit of extra energy I need at the gym after a long dull day at work. I am very motivated because I have seen immediate results since taking it.

Comment: I love this stuff. I bought the Lipovarin "Thermogenic Weight Control Compound" 150 capsules. I have wasted so much money on diet "hype" and am happy to discover these pills really work. I bought them when I saw a consumer study that ranked them #1 as a diet aid.
I have not noticed any side affects, but I have definitely noticed my cravings and snacking have diminished - completely! I am home all day with kids who are constantly snacking on something. This includes voracious teenagers! Food was always a temptation for me. Now they can eat anything in front of me and I don't crave it.
I was a big time sugar-holic, with cravings for sweets every day. I can't even think of anything sugary that I want anymore. I can look at the candy bars at the grocery check-out and could care less. But, if I do want something sweet, a very small piece is enough for me now. One cookie or one small square of dark chocolate and I'm fine with that.
My worst times for eating were late afternoon and late evening. Now I can eat a small, healthy, snack around 3:00 p.m. and make it to 6:00 supper with no problems. I don't ever eat after 8 p.m. anymore, and have not once had the blues that I was trapped on a "diet".
I have remained faithful to my eating plan of 5 mini- meals a day with 100% success. No food is off-limits except those that give me heartburn. I try to make meals healthy & balanced. I like the divided plate concept - 1/4 protein, 1/4 starch, 1/2 fruit & veggies, but I am not a slave to it. One of my favorite meals is a Gala apple, string cheese, and some raw, unsalted almonds. Sometimes I'm only in the mood for a replacement shake like Slimfast. This morning I had a packet of oatmeal and a cup of sugar free French Vanilla coffee for breakfast and I was satisfied.
I usually eat the same suppers as my family, except I eat on a smaller plate. My small portions keep me very satisfied. I have become very aware of a sense of "fullness" and with these pills I seem to have the willpower to just stop eating when I sense that. Recently I ignored that feeling and was in stomach anguish the rest of the night. I don't ever want to feel like that, again. The truth is...I like eating small portions now. I like being able to make it from one meal to the next without constantly thinking about food! I never skip meals anymore, but I don't feel hung up on them, either. I can give my life over to other things inbetween and feel happier and more productive.
I have lost 16 lbs. in 4 months. Slow for some, but it is progress for me. I need to lose about 100 lbs., so it was important I find something that will help me make it to my goal. I really think I can with the help of these pills.
Oh, yeah - I have fibromyalgia and yet find the energy to do a 1-mile walk every single day through my hilly neighborhood. That is huge for me.
I'm definitely placing another order.

Comment: Lipovarin gives me just enough "umph" at the gym that I don't get shaky or jumpy. I only take half the recommended dosage because I am petite and don't really need to supress my appetite because I am pretty strict with my diet. Just needed the boost at the end of my workday to make it to the gym.

Comment: Dramatic results with this stuff. I immediately felt my appetite for snacking went away. I actually made it through the day without snacking at all. I didn't even think about food which is totally amazing to anyone who knows my eating habits. I didn't skip any meals and it was easier to control my meal portions. Everyone says my face looks thinner already although my body is still chunky. I know it takes exercise but I have yet to motivate myself. I want to lose a few pounds first so I'm not one of the "bigger gals" at the gym.
