Summary: Answer to windowless offices
Comment: Great product, I dont have natural light at work but with this plant light my bonsai tree is doing great. With its seasonal setting and humidity meter. its perfect for the busy garderner. The only draw back that it only fits one pot at the time. But other than that it works great.

Summary: My bonsai love the plant light
Comment: I really didn't expect it to do too well as I planned on using it for emergency revival of my two sickly bonsai. I got it set up in my office (no windows at all) and placed my two sad trees under it.
One is a serissa, surviving its dim place in the house, the other is a small ligustrum which has been dropping leaves over the last 3 weeks. On friday I watered them, turned on the light (set for winter) and set the lamp 3 inches over the ligustrum (the taller of the two).
Monday I came in and the ligustrum already has new growth... I'm happy and the bonsai are happy.

Summary: This Lamp Seems To Be Doing What It Should
Comment: I bought this lamp for my Venus Fly Trap plant. The Fly Trap was shipped to me and I had to plant it, water it and make sure it had the appropriate lighting according to season. I was very concerned because I spent $40 for the plant and it sat at the Post Office for 4 days before I could get to it (unpotted). It is also very traumatic for this plant to endure shipping. Well, since it has been under this lamp, three new baby traps have begun to grow and the plant is doing wonderfully. True the lamp doesn't have a very high wattage but I will probably move it to something brighter and warmer as we approach the spring to summer months, when the Fly Trap moves out of dormancy and requires higher humidity and heat. But for now based on how well the plant is doing, I would say for the price of this lamp, it's a great buy.

Summary: Mini rose growing like a beanstock
Comment: I purchased this light to help a mini rose received as a gift from dying. In just a month I have had to clip the rose back down from growing over the light hood. I am now looking at purchasing a larger light for this rose to continue on and perhaps look at purchasing a african violet that doesn't grow so quickly under this light. I flipped the water tray over because the pot I am using has a built in water reserve and the tray inverts just fine. This is a nice little light and a great price on this item.
