Summary: Check the S&H from different sellers. Two minor problems
Comment: You better watch out from who you order, there are some merchants that charge S&H as much as the value of the table.
I got two problem with the product. First is was dusty, the legs' pipes were leaving oxide dust on the upper pipes. I am not sure how really are the pipes in the inside, but it is really annoying to have a brand new product that is dirty. I bought two, and both were in the same dirty condition. Second the upper inclination position is quite absurd to me. You have a table to slide beneth your sofa or bed, and in that position the closest part is higher that the farthes edge. Not sure what purpose that fullfill, as to use it like that I have to invert the table... Which meand that the legs can not go under the sofa or table. Luckily I only wanted a flat position, and in that the table is great. It is not a sturdy table... it rock when you write down, type at the keyboard or slice your food... but hey it is cheap.

The table is just as convenient as they promised, but I'm surprised they don't advertise it in a better color. I found it in dark wood color (also by Fitness Quest!.. but it's easier to find through tablemate.com). Though it was even more overpriced than the white one.
If you get more than one table from this company, be prepared to pay shipping costs on EVERY table (+tax).

Comment: I am in no way connected with the makers or sellers of Table Mate. As for them being listed several times, by several companies selling them, if you'd searched on Amazon much you'd find that is common. As for the few negative reviews the only thing I can figure is they're talking about Table Mate I (which I've never tried) or some other brand completely. I've had the Table Mate II for at least 2 years and use it daily for my laptop and occassionally for eating on. It certainly can be set perfectly flat. I wouldn't recommend leaning heavily on it but I rest my hands/arms on my laptop while I type all the time (like now) without a problem. It has held up superbly to my abuse. I'm extremely happy I purchased this and am planning on buying a couple more as gifts (one for my fiance who likes and really wants one like mine).

Comment: This product has multiple listings for the same product. it distributed by serveral companies. This alone should flag this as a shady product. One group of listings says its 1 star. and the others say its 5 or 4 stars. that's bizarre
What about all the reviews?
Most are fake if you ask me. They are posted by employees of the company. check out the individual reviewers. Notice most only review this one product only and the others seem to like similiar items.
If you want the truth check out the reviews under (Table-Mate II, Adjustable & Multi Functional Table) Its been listed under Electronics. Why? Cause they are all bad reviews. So by listing the product under electronics makes a better chance of you not finding those.
And finally its a "As seen on TV" product. a lable know for poor workmanship and shoddy equipment. You have been warned.
