Summary: Great for toddler-preschool
Comment: My son is a hockey fanatic! He uses this daily, inside and outside. It is durable. He also uses his other real hockey sticks with it. We also bring it on the pond in the winter. Great for indoors and easy for travel. We bring it to his granmothers when we visit. Definately for little kids like through 6 years old.But can also be used on your knees. I highly recommend.

Summary: excellent for a toddler
Comment: I bought this for a toddler and he loves it. The net is used indoors, it is small enough to to fit indoors, but still big enough to use. The sticks are a bit on the small side though, even for a toddler. Older children might like the net and ball, but the sticks will be useless. The ball is very good for indoors, it is soft material (foam?), but very firm. The net was very easy to put together, it took less than 5 minutes. The one thing i really don't like is that sticks are pre-shaped one for a lefty and one for a righty - i would rather them not shaped at all so it can be used by both lefty and righty.
For me, the package came in a cardboard box inside a regular cardboard shipping box, not different than any other product I would purchase.

Summary: Made for midgets!
Comment: Buyer Beware! The item description does not give dimensions of the goal or sticks. The package arrived in the actual packaging - no brown box or wrapper, giving away contents - at Christmas time! - and the set is very small. Packaging shows toddlers playing with the set - item description did not specify this! Not a good item for a 10 year old. Poor description. I'd say pass....
