Comment: The idea of getting 144 practice balls is a great idea; however after receiving communication on the other item we ordered, there was no mention of the golf balls. I called sportsrus about the golf balls, and was told they had shipped, I never got that confirmation email related to the shipping of the golf balls. My account was charged for them; the golf balls finally shipped after I called them; days after the first item arrived, the golf balls finally showed up; however there were only 72 golf balls in the order, not 144 as promised, so you might want to count the balls when they arrive. I phoned asking where the rest of the order was (their customer service is very friendly, but doesn't follow through) and was told they would be shipped out. After not getting a confirmation email or golf balls, I called back again and was told they could not send the balls out to me as I was promised by the customer service rep. I asked for a refund and offered to send the item back. They told me to keep the balls I had received as an inconvenience. I need to note that when I asked for my sales tax to be refunded, I was told they didn't have the ability to return my sales tax; I negotiated the shipping and handling also because I needed to order more balls from another company; a price was agreed upon for the shipping and handling (it needed to be split out from the other product I ordered) but none of that was refunded as promised, only the base price for the product. I told them that by law they can't keep the sales tax when refunding a product. It took two phone calls to Amazon to get the situation straightened out. My recommendation if you have this problem when ordering these practice balls from this company is to proceed with caution, and carefully watch confirmation emails; keep in touch with the company and stand your ground if something goes wrong. Document everything and then contact Amazon; they were a great resource when it came to resolution. One product came as promised, the golf balls were a nightmare; I will proceed with extreme caution if I order from this company again.

Balls are practice shag quality and may be off color and contain abrasions. Colors are assorted per bag. Assorted manufactures and models, no range balls. All sold in a re-useable mesh drawstring bag.
