Comment: this product takes a lot of the pain from miter work - no matter how old (or young) your property is, nearly nothing will be square. This thing works so well because it is a simple idea with clear markings for angles. Makes saw setup a breeze, and cuts down on a lot of material waste.

Comment: Not accurate. 45 and 90 degrees do not match up one way, but do the other. I have no confidence in the accuracy of this item. Wish I had never bought it. The concept is good but not followed through on this item.

Summary: Nice time saver for your next moulding project!
Comment: Instead of humping a 10 foot length of moulding back and forth between the bedroom and the mitre saw in the garage, just pick up one of these Starrett protractors and get your angles cut perfect the FIRST TIME! A real time (and wall) saver. If I would've had one of these on my first moulding project, I probably wouldn't have had to repaint the hallway after dragging the mouldings back and forth in frustration.
